FAQ

Questions about pricing.

Why is Norly free?

We want to build trust with content creators first. Today the platform is free to use with a 0% platform fee. We're considering paid extras later (e.g. advanced analytics or team accounts). If the pricing model changes, we'll give plenty of notice before it takes effect.

Does Norly get access to my money?

Never. We use Stripe Connect, which sends the money straight to your own Stripe account. We can see transaction reports, but we can't withdraw or move your money.

When do I get paid out?

Stripe sends payouts on the schedule you set in your Stripe account. The default is 2–7 days after a payment clears.

Can the pricing model change?

Yes, it can change down the road. We commit to giving at least 60 days' notice before any changes take effect, so both content creators and fans have time to decide what they want to do. As a fan, you can always cancel your support immediately.
